During my frequent trips to High Point while searching for a new car, I passed The Biscuit Factory multiple times and, after an unsuccessful first visit, returned a week later for an early lunch where I enjoyed a delicious hot dog with chili, mustard, and slaw, a chicken biscuit that could have used some spice, and good fries, all while appreciating the nostalgic atmosphere, friendly staff, and the overall satisfying experience that has kept me coming back since high school.

While exploring High Point, I discovered The Biscuit Factory and decided to stop in for a meal. The atmosphere was cozy with traditional booth seating and a friendly staff behind the counter. I ordered a hot dog with chili, mustard, and slaw, a chicken biscuit, and a side of fries, all of which were satisfying and flavorful.

Read somewhere that it had the best hamburgers in High Point, NC. They were OK but I have had better. But what I did not expect was the Attitude that the person had that took the order. I will not go there again just because of this person's Attitude. Of how brusk and hateful the tone of her voice was to everyone that she took orders from. She was pretty much yelling at everyone. Well, did she not know when she took the job that the place is very busy!!!!
And she would roll her eyes and make a smacking noise with her mouth if you hesitated for a moment in saying what you wanted on your burger, sandwich, biscuit, etc. Not to just us but every one that she took orders from while we were waiting for our order to be filled.
She acted like she was ticked off about the fact that there were lots of people waiting to give their orders and that someone might be taking a couple of minutes to decide what they wanted.
Excuse me but this was our first time trying out the place and we have to put up with an attitude from the employee at the register. No I will NOT be going back again just because of the Negativity of the person at the Register taking orders.

This place is INCREDIBLE. Every person in high point should eat there. BEST FOOD EVER. I would give it 10 stars but there's only 5. Haha
