I’ve been get food from here for over 10 years. It’s very rare my order it’s right or the food isn’t good. Better here than most of the other places I’ve tried. definitely best take out for Chinese on this side of town.

I like their chicken with Chinese vegetable and their chicken noodle soup. My husband gets the sesame chicken. They no longer serve pork fried rice. They use chicken instead and are closed on Monday’s. They do speak English.

I didn't feel like cooking last night and decided to order in. Found the menu for Jade and gave it a try. I wouldn't by any means say it was bad. All our orders were very forgettable and a bit bland. Shall I say no pizazz. They could have done a better job.

I ordered General Tso's chicken combination. Menu said it came with pork rice. Got home and they put chicken rice. Called them and they said we just put chicken rice now. I will never be back after trying to talk to them. Place needs a bad scrubbing too..

I have to say I was more than disappointed with our meal, it was the worst sweet and sour chicken I've had, the chicken was way over cooked and not fit to eat , pot stickers were dried out , think it be looking for another Chinese place in the future

Really disgusting. They don't give you right thing, nor do they speak English, I truly think the reason they give you the wrong stuff all the time is because they have no clue what you're saying. It's embarrassing and unprofessional for them to have been in business for so long and not be able to take orders in the language that their customers speak. The shrimp they gave us tasted old, and the sanitation standards are below where they should be. I can't fathom how they have stayed in business for such a long time but they should be closed in my opinion.

It used to be REALLY good. The food still is REALLY good. However, you never get what you order. The last 4 orders have been wrong. Like rice instead of lo mein, forgetting half the order, shrimp lo mein when I ordered vegetable, et cetera. Check EVERY container before you leave. Oh and the free sweet tea if you have a big order, is ALWAYS sour.
