After finally focusing on trying this place despite not visiting GSO often, I was impressed by the flavorful, high-quality meats and fresh ingredients in the subs and cheesesteaks, the tasty blue cheese dressing, the expansive menu including standout Italian subs and shoestring fries, and the authentic Philly-style cheesesteaks made by an Italian owner who sources NYC bread and employs loyal staff, making it a go-to lunch spot even though the service can be slow and the dining area less than perfect.

I've been wanting to check out this place, but since I moved, I rarely make it to GSO. Today, I finally made it a priority. The meat is ground and then added to the salad, creating an interesting and delicious combination. I heard others praising the subs for their value, with one person even declaring it better than Subway.

Noticed the sandwiches aren't made as well as they were as little as a year ago. No pickle with your sub which was the norm at one time. The amt of meat in the sandwiches was double and there was more cheese. This place is getting closer to subway, not as bad but getting there.
