If you haven't tried the Ice Queen truck around Greensboro or Winston Salem, you're seriously missing out on some of the best ice cream cookie sandwiches in NC. Their huge sandwiches, which let you mix and match two cookies and two ice cream flavors, always hit the spot with generous portions, friendly service, and unique, delicious flavors that keep me coming back every time.

You must try the unique ice cream sandwiches from this dessert truck - you can mix and match different cookies and ice cream flavors for a delicious treat. The sandwiches are huge and reasonably priced, making them a must-try dessert option if you come across this truck.
