The dimly lit dining room welcomed me with its warm ambiance as I savored perfectly cooked short ribs and a generous portion of salmon atop a delicate salad, each bite revealing layers of thoughtful preparation and flavor. Sitting at the bar, I enjoyed engaging conversation with the bartender while sipping a crisp IPA, all complemented by attentive service that made the evening feel both comforting and exceptional.
