One of the best managed places I have visited. Great staff, good food and very friendly service. One of my favorite sports bars.

Management doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. We were the only ones waiting for over 20 minutes for a table and a couple of people walked in and were immediately seated. We were told there is a call in waitlist . The manager said it is advertised. There is nothing obvious on the website nor we were ever told out of courtesy. We have gone there many times. The manager could have cared less about our incident. They also do not care about the health of their customers because they do not follow protocol of wearing masks especially the manger who walks around talking to all the customers potentially spreading the virus.

I have had two extremely bad experiences at this establishment. The most recent one happened a couple days ago when my wife and I along with three friends went out for some drinks and decided to order 20 Dry Rub wings. When the wings arrived they looked extremely burnt, but each of us decided to try them. Well, we tried them and collectively decided that they were too burnt and barely edible. When we told the bartender that the wings were burnt, her response was “It‘s the Dry Rub”, as if Dry Rub wings should be burnt. Even after showing her extremely charred pieces she still repeated “It’s the Dry Rub”. At this point you would think she would graciously apologize, but instead she angrily took the wings to the kitchen and summoned the manager. The manager then told us that he was unable to remove the wings from our check because only 10 wings were untouched. I then had to mention that we are a party of five, so if we each grabbed a few to try, then obviously it’s plausible that only ten would remain untouched. Furthermore, I had to point out that there were partially eaten wings on our saucers. He eventually removed it from our check, but why in the world did we have to plead our case? I suppose the customer is no longer always right.
To add insult to injury, the bartender walked by us and mumbled something, and then took her sweet time to bring us our check. After all this I probably shouldn’t have left a tip, but I decided to be the bigger person. In the future I will spend my money elsewhere. I wish I could have left a zero star rating, which is still more than they deserve.

The waitress was very sweet to my mom and mother in law. We took a long time to order and they were very patient. The drinks were refilled fast and the quesadillas were especially delicious!!! It is easy to get in and out fast with a big group.
