We used to go here all the time when they opened in 2019. Food and service got awful as the years went on so we stopped going. Thought we'd give it another try a few months ago. Food was ok as was the service. Tried it again yesterday. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back and acknowledge us. We got seated. Hotter than hell inside the restaurant. Waitress came to take our order. I ordered the Reuben plate. My husband ordered the Baby Club plate. The waitress kept asking him do you want tomato on it? He said yes, whatever normally comes on a club. Again, do you want lettuce on it. He replied whatever normally comes on a club. She proceeded to go down the list of every ingredient, which we thought was odd. Food was brought out by the cook because our waitress was busy chatting with the only two customers in the restaurant besides us. We had to get up and ask for drink refills as she did not stop talking to the two men to even ask if everything was ok. Finished eating. You don't get a bill here so you have to guess how much to tip (which should have been nothing). My husband's sandwich was $12.99 and mine was $13.49 and we both had water. He paid our bill which was $40.42 and I asked for a receipt. I looked at it once we got outside and I was charged 3.99 for corned beef (which is supposed to come on a Reuben). He was charged 1.00 for tomato, 2.00 for ham and 1.99 for bacon. All of which come on a club. I took the receipt back inside and said we were overcharged. The waitress got very rude with me and said I asked you if you wanted that stuff on there. I said it's all supposed to come on those sandwiches. The girl running the register tried to give me a refund for the $10 we were overcharged but couldn't figure out how to do it so had to call the manager on the phone. We were told we couldn't get a refund for being overcharged even though it was their mistake. We could get a voucher for next time. I said there won't be a next time. We were offered cake. I got the Oreo cheesecake which was so bland I couldn't taste anything and I got my husband a piece of chocolate. This place needs to get air conditioning and train their employees. Sad because they are very close to our house and it really used to be a great place to eat.

Waitresses were great, food not so much. Probably the worst steak I have ever tasted in my life.
