I too was shocked at the 18% gratuity added to our bill for 2 people. We tipped on top of that but went back in when we realized it and took off our additional tip. We usually tip 15 to 20% depending on service but are not accustomed to mandatory 18% on service for 2. Won’t be returning for 2 cheeseburgers!

A party of three should not have an 18% gratuity added on when asking for separate checks! Especially when it isn't made clear when the bill is presented. My friends and I ended up tipping our server on TOP of the tip he had already awarded himself. The food and beer in this place just isn't good enough to put up with deception of this type, and we will not be back. Greasy bar food just isn't worth it.
BEWARE and make sure you aren't giving a so-so server bringing ho-hum food and only adequate drinks an enormous tip for not the greatest service. Marking this place off my list forever.
