The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient parking options right next door. Its location provides easy access to many restaurants, bars, and attractions like the Falls, making it great for both business and leisure stays. The vibrant lobby and thoughtful touches, such as pillow variety and complimentary upgrades, add to an overall positive experience despite some areas feeling like they could use a modern update.

While on business in the area, I found the hotel to be pleasant, with convenient parking right next door and a vibrant lobby design. The personnel were welcoming and courteous, making our anniversary stay enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with updated amenities like a large TV and comfortable beds, making it a great choice for my conference in the downtown area with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to explore.
