Great food & service for the money, just not sure why none of the employees wear masks. Isn’t it a government mandate ? Thus the lower rating

I went in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger was as if it had been sitting around for hours because it was so dry and tasteless and the onion rings were old also. I only live 2 min. away and the food was cold. Wayback Burgers & Freddies are 100 times better. I'll make the drive next time.

I have had Nick Henry's food on multiple occasions. I normally have no complaints but the past two times I've had a few issues. I got their BBQ sauce it was absolutely disgusting, I got burnt onion rings , I received no pickle in one of my plates , and normally I have to wait for my food I was surprised that my food was ready in a timely manner but my burger bun was soggy. With the new clock restaurant in town I would think the food would be of great service.
