My wife and I split the captains platter. We got seven dollars worth of food for $24.99. Catfish was very small as were the shrimp. Crabcakes almost look like sausage patties to go on a biscuit. The worst part is everything was overcooked. Nice atmosphere on the deck outside but I think God created most of that.

Food overpriced for quality Nachos used to be super good. Yesterday like lettuce and tomatoes dumped on chips. Like shredded cheese , not baked.

Food was great, atmosphere was awesome. My waitress, Kaitlyn, was terrible. She took advantage of my elderly mother and tapped on 18% tip to her ticket without her knowledge. When asked how the price was different than what she originally told us, she stated that 18% tip as automatically added unless the customers selects other wise. Needless to say, I left very unhappy and she didn’t receive a tip from us at all once reporting her actions to management. The on duty manager was very professional and handled the situation with care. However, it doesn’t change the experience, and I pray that she heading done to this others. I can only imagine how much she has taken at this establishment.

Courtney Turbeville is great. She has been our server several times and greets us with a smile and friendly personality each time. She helps us with food decisions and it arrives timely and very pleasing to the eye! Great job Courtney!

Our entire family met at Shaggys just after Christmas. The menu offered so many great choices after having holiday foods for days. Courtney T was a refreshing site to our weary holiday festivities and we all found her to be a fabulous server. Her personality is friendly and helpful!
