Our group met at Burgers Blues for a meeting and a meal. We sat in the front part of the restaurant to make it easy for the members to find one another. The music was unbearably loud. The place was incredibly ordinary and tasteless in its appearance — less charming than a junior high school lunch room. I can speak food wise only for my own order which was some sort of chicken and rice bowl. The principal seasoning on it was a heavy dose of soy sauce. It was an awful tasting brown glob. I didn’t bother to take out my leftovers—yuk!
I won’t be going back to this restaurant, but I will say the counter staff were polite and the place was packed with customers on a weeknight.
