The Mac and Cheese Buffalo Sandwich I had at a fall event a few weeks ago was absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of cheese and noodles at a fair price. When I hired Mad Dash to cater sandwiches for my wedding reception, they arrived early, served four tasty sandwich varieties efficiently, and provided exceptional service, making it a truly memorable night. The Mac & Cheese Grilled Cheese I tried at a food truck festival was a bit pricey, but the flavors were fantastic and I would definitely indulge in another one without hesitation. Today, I revisited Mad Dash at the Broad Street Market and savored their Killer Grilled Cheese with tomato, which was gooey and packed with flavor - I'll definitely be returning!
