Sovannah ran the best Orange Julius; she was a great boss and ran a tight ship, and as a result, that Orange Julius stand was the most popular I've ever seen for that franchise. That was back when Harrisburg East Mall was poppin' and the mall was the place to be. It's so sad to see what it's become, but I have to believe that the Harrisburg East Mall's fate was sealed the moment Orange Julius closed. Cosimos Pizza closed next; after that, it was curtains for this highly underrated piece of Harrisburg retail history.
