My family and I had an enjoyable time ringing in the new year here, with attentive service and a vibrant atmosphere filled with a wide variety of games and big TV screens. Despite a small hiccup with an undercooked meal, the manager promptly addressed our concern with a refund and thoughtful extras, making the visit feel special and welcoming for everyone, including my autistic sibling.

My family and I decided to visit this establishment for the first time in a while to celebrate the new year. I found the service to be exceptional, but the food was just average; my mom received an undercooked burger. Upon reporting the issue, the manager promptly addressed the situation by offering game cards, scratch off coupons, and a refund for the unsatisfactory meal. Overall, the experience was made enjoyable by the attentive staff, like Sharron, and the welcoming atmosphere at Dave and Buster's.
