Finding an authentic Asian restaurant in Connecticut can be a challenge, but Xi'an Noodle Factory stands out for its delicious, hand-pulled noodles and flavorful dishes. The LiangPi noodles and cumin beef noodles have become my favorites, and the attentive service adds to the overall great experience every time I visit.
