The best place in Ct to get German meats . Love the Ham, kielbasa wursts and rolled bacon. Always get the double smoked bacon in chunks too! Been shopping here since Adolf's opened with the original owner !!

Travelled all thru Europe, make my own sausage, cure my own sausage, smoke all kinds of meat. This is the master, over 40 sausage recipes in his head. There is no one in Ct. that has his chutacurie! The trouble is he is old world and does not know how to promote his business. If you are at all interested in the old world still being practiced, go there. We understand he is about to sell grass fed aged local beef!
