I tried the fried saimin combo with steak and shrimp, and while the food was tasty and hit the spot, I ended up paying more than expected for my order. The menu has a lot of options, and the garlic steak is seriously good-soft and flavorful without any weird texture. It's a small, no-frills spot with quick service and decent prices, perfect for a casual breakfast or lunch downtown.

The fried saimin combo with steak and shrimp is a satisfying meal, though I was charged $16.06 instead of the expected $13.13. While the food is enjoyable and reasonably priced, I noticed a discrepancy in portion sizes and hours of operation that could use some attention.
