Menya Le Nood serves a richly flavored tonkotsu broth that stands out as one of the most addictive I've ever tasted, complemented perfectly by thick noodles, menma bamboo shoots, nori, and a perfectly cooked tea egg. The slow-braised kakuni pork belly melts in your mouth and is truly the highlight of the meal, while the crispy chicken karaage offers a juicy, satisfying contrast. Although the interior is small and parking can be challenging, the fast service and attentive staff make each visit enjoyable and leave me eager to return.
