Wallace and Paul from Kona Ice were super responsive and arrived right on time, making sure everyone at our events was happy with their customizable shaved ice. The self-serve syrups made the experience fun and quick, and the kids especially loved creating their own flavors, while adults were just as excited. Their friendly service, reasonable prices, and thoughtful touches like leis made every occasion memorable-I'll definitely be booking them again!

Arrived promptly to ensure all party guests were satisfied. Kids had a blast creating their own shave ice flavors, which were a hit! Definitely recommend for any event. The service provided by Wallace was exceptional, prompt, and delicious. Looking forward to working with Kona Ice again in the future.
