Disappointed over my first and will be my last experience.
I placed an order for a take out
Simply Pancit Bihon and Fried Lumpias and when I got home only to find out what they gave me was Pancit Canton. I called max's immediately and was told over the phone that they would correct this on my next order and that they would note my name down for the next time.
Two weeks later I called to take them at their word and it turned out that to did not happen.

My experience is that they do not listen well to their customers nor do they mean what it is they say.
