During a visit to Hawaii, I dined at Teishoku based on a relative's suggestion, arriving around 7:30 pm to find a 45-minute wait, which indicated its popularity. The menu offers fresh and flavorful dishes like the broiled butterfish teishoku, salmon and ikura donburi, and agedashi tofu, all served with sides such as miso soup and salad, and the service was friendly and attentive. Reservations can be made online to avoid waiting, and the reasonable prices, clean environment, and quality food make it a worthwhile dining experience.
