The fish tacos here are incredible, with large portions of perfectly cooked, flavorful fish that left me wanting more. The blackened fish tacos stood out as especially delicious, moist, and well-seasoned, making them some of the best I've ever had. Despite some slow service and unpredictable hours, the taste and value make it worth the wait, and I'm eager to return before leaving Kauai.

The fish tacos at Chalupa's Mexican Foods are a must-try on Kauai. Generous portions of fish in each taco make for a satisfying meal at a great value. The blackened fish tacos were particularly flavorful and delicious, a standout choice among the food trucks in Old Koloa Town.
