During my vacation in Hilo, I discovered an exceptionally unique kombucha bar offering a rotating tasting flight and a creative kombucha-based cocktail menu, all reasonably priced and enhanced by a happy hour discount. The food menu featured a variety of fresh, flavorful options including vegan choices like the jerk chicken salad and tempeh BLTA, with attentive service and a vibrant atmosphere making the experience even better. I especially appreciated the chance to bring home a growler of their jun kombucha, and the staff's flexibility with cocktail modifications added a personal touch to an already memorable visit.
