I visited Randy's at the Fil-Am festival and tried their two-choice plate with spicy tripe, sweet chili chicken, and pancit for $10. The tripe was particularly delicious, with the chicken and pancit also being quite tasty. The portions were a bit small, likely due to the festival, but I plan to visit their Lower Main location soon.
