I devoured a Polish sausage stuffed into this genius soft bread loaf with a hole on one end, slathered in spicy mango salsa and that unforgettable lilikoi mustard-each bite was messy in the best way, packing flavor without the usual saucy disaster. Sure, the line was long enough to contemplate life's mysteries under the blazing sun, but grabbing my lemonade and strolling to the beach to watch sea turtles made every minute worth it, and I'm already plotting my next visit.
