Restaurant Description

The secret to our noodles is its freshness. Our noodles are made fresh daily at our own noodle factory and we do not use frozen, dehydrated or imported noodle products. Shiro's also serves a myriad of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. All our entrees are made the "old-fashioned" way - the way grandma use to make it. Check out our Hawaiian food and a wide selection of daily specials. Each of our 3 locations provide dine-in, take-out and catering services.

After some upgrades, the ambiance has transformed, with new tables replacing the old booths and music adding a lively touch. I always indulge in the double hula Teri burger and Medium Saimin-both are delicious, though I noticed a change in the dashi. The oxtail soup continues to impress, enriched by tender Chinese cabbage and just the right amount of fat, creating a comforting, flavorful broth that brings back fond memories of home.
