One of my first omakase experiences was at Sasabune, where the sushi chefs not only prepared amazing dishes but also took the time to explain each course, making the night unforgettable with fresh, flavorful seafood and attentive service. Recently, celebrating a special occasion, I revisited and was reminded why the combination of expertly crafted sushi, an intimate atmosphere, and thoughtful presentation makes it hard to go anywhere else.
