Diego's Taco Shop is the closest I've found to authentic So Cal Mexican food since moving from San Diego. Their carne asada fries are a must-try, and the California Burrito with carne asada, fries, and cheese is a unique and delicious option. The staff is open to customizing orders, making it easy to tailor your meal to your preferences.
