Walking into this joint, you might think it's cozy, but surprise-it's way roomier than it looks, with sparkling clean floors and an atmosphere that's both lively and inviting. The chefs put on a show that's part comedy, part magic act, tossing out dad jokes and cooking up melt-in-your-mouth Ahi Poke, wagyu steak that rivals Kobe, and scallops so good you'll want to hug the chef. Sure, it leans on the pricier side, but with friendly staff, generous portions, and cocktails that hit the spot, it's an all-around blast that keeps me coming back every time I'm in town.
