Whatever you do DO NOT order your wedding cake from this place. We were staying a beach house approximately 1.5 hrs from our house, where we held the wedding ceremony and reception. The week of the wedding I was contacted twice verifying the address of the beach house for delivery on Saturday. However, the day of my wedding the cake did not show up and no one would answer any of my phone calls. I received a call the following day saying they were so sorry they forgot to deliver the cake. They refunded my money and said they would deliver the cake by 5pm (2 days after the wedding). My husband had to drive home to let a repairman in our house, and while he was there they delivered my cake to our home address, not the delivery address! He asked the delivery driver to take our cake the delivery address and he said no, this was his personal vehicle, not their delivery van. My friend then had to drive the 1.5 hrs to my house to help my husband transport the cake to the beach house. By the time the cake arrived, most of the layers had shifted and it was all dented. I can understand make one mistake by accidentally forgetting the cake. But, to make my family go 3 hrs out of their way to transport a cake they had forgotten to deliver, is just terrible customer service.
