Almost a month later and I haven't gotten my refund from a completely wrong order. Terrible will not use this service again!

I've had enough of their horrible customer service, their rude and shady drivers, their consistently wrong orders, and their widely limited menu selection. I have argued twice about a wrong order, but this time I just got a shaken up bag and cold food. I hope someone else comes up with the same idea and runs them out of town. Use them if you want, but don't be impressed once you pay almost 5 bucks for delivery, and still get rude service when you tip the driver (wrong order total: $35, reimbursement amount offered: $3.99).

Haven't gotten my food yet so I'm not sure about the service but be prepared to pay extra fees on top of a tip.
