Called before they opened at 5pm to see if they do call in orders they told us yes they do, but to call at 5 pm. We called at 5 pm, but no one answered the phone at all so we went in and waited in line a LONG TIME to order. Finally got our order in about 7pm. Sorry, but I'll never eat there again, which is a shame because the food is good, but I despise being lied to about the takeout/call in deal. I'm done, no more sea shack for me.

We got two shrimp platters. The food was fine. There were two different menus posted. One said a shrimp platter was $11.95. The other said it was $13.95. They charged us $39.00+ for two shrimp platters. Don't trust the online prices.

Extremely rude service from the woman handing out the orders, rude enough that we will not be going back to a place that we considered a tradition. Sad but refuse to be treated that poorly again!

First time there today, they left out 3 orders of chicken fingers. My daughter went back to retrieve the rest of the order and a kitchen staff called her a f"¦ing thief! We will not be back"¦"¦
