I've been on a serious ramen kick lately, and this cozy little joint in Jersey City has been hitting all the right notes with its flavorful bowls and speedy service. The pork buns and dumplings deserve a standing ovation, and the staff's allergy awareness and friendly vibe made the experience even better.
