As a long-time customer of Lola Savannah, I always look forward to trying their unique holiday flavors each year. When I encountered an issue with my recent order, the customer service team, particularly Jesus Mora, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction by arranging an exchange right at my home. The friendly staff and their delicious coffee, especially the Gingerbread and Vanilla Cinnamon Pecan blends, have made me a loyal fan, and I can't wait to explore more of their offerings in the future.
