As a longtime Texan and fan of Goode Co, I love that the food is served cafí© style, letting me see exactly what I'm ordering-especially when it comes to the brisket, which was so tender I couldn't resist sneaking a bite. The loaded baked potato was a meal in itself, topped with that same melt-in-your-mouth brisket, and the creamy, homemade mac and cheese had me wishing I had a bib for the mess I made.

I've been a fan of Goode Co for ages, ever since I became a Texan. The food is served cafe style, so you can see exactly what you're ordering, which is great because I can tell just by looking if a piece of meat is going to be tough or dry. The brisket sandwich plate my sister had was amazing, with the meat being so tender she could probably have cut it with a butter knife! And the loaded Baked Potato was a meal in itself, packed with all the good stuff, including that delicious brisket.
