My friend and I recently visited a restaurant at the start of crawfish season and ordered 3 lbs of crawfish and 2 lbs of snow crab. The crawfish were small but tasty, especially with the garlic butter and cajun seasoning sauce. The waffle fries were crispy and well-seasoned, making for a satisfying meal.
