I discovered this hidden family-owned Mexican restaurant near Downtown Houston that has been serving authentic dishes since 1980. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, like stepping into a friend's kitchen for a meal. The flavors of the homemade food are unbeatable, especially the chile relleno and the gordita with barbacoa. It's a true gem for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Mexico in the heart of the city.
