Wow, I have brought so many friends to this food truck for their life-changing hotdogs! Introduced to me years ago after a night out in the gayborhood, the truck is typically set up Thursday through Sunday nights from 10ish until 3am near Mining Company and across the street from JR's and South Beach in Montrose. The hotdogs are a must-try, with a unique Colombian twist on a classic - a cheesy bun topped with ketchup, mayo, various sauces, and even Lay's potato chips for an unforgettable taste experience. You won't regret stopping by and grabbing a couple for yourself - trust me, they are worth every bite!
