Etta's in Houston holds a special place in my heart, so much so that I named my puppy after it. Despite its worn-out appearance, the music and food create unforgettable experiences that keep me coming back for more. Memories of Sunday nights with Grady Gaines playing and indulging in their boudain dish are cherished moments in my life.
