The bar I usually go to is normally great, but tonight was a bit of a letdown. The bartender, Charity, was quite rude and refused to accept my government passport as ID, which was frustrating. However, the other bartenders there are excellent and I've never had any issues with them. The service is usually attentive and friendly, especially during happy hour with bartender Heidi. Overall, it's a nice local spot with good food and drinks, just avoid it when Charity is working.
