The Pancho Trompo burger and tacos here blew me away, especially the spicy red salsa that adds the perfect kick. I'm a big fan of their quesabirria and Al Pastor tacos-they're easily some of the best I've had in Texas, and the baked potato loaded with fajita meat and cheese is absolutely worth trying. The staff is super friendly, the food is consistently delicious, and being open late makes it ideal for late-night cravings, even if parking can be a bit challenging.

The hamburgers and tacos at this place are absolutely delicious. The red salsa adds a nice kick to the flavors. The baked potato is also a must-try, with every dish receiving an A++ rating from me. The late opening hours are convenient for those who enjoy dining late at night.
