Went to Papa Charlie’s with the family (again) to get a good burger. Yes, I know it says it’s a bbq place but we were looking for burgers. This was our second visit. First visit was just ok with bbq. So thought we’d give it another shot. My burger was way over cooked (dry and crispy) and my husband’s chicken sandwich was like leather. One of the other burgers was call ‘Blue cheese burger’ but was served without the main ingredient in its name!
I would not recommend this restaurant. How do you mess up a burger?
