The staff at Freebirds was incredibly friendly and attentive during my visit, ensuring everything was just right. I enjoyed the process of building my own burrito, and the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience left me thoroughly satisfied.

Visited with my daughters today, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They made sure everything was spot on. Had a little issue with the coke, but the girl working quickly fixed it. Overall, a great experience. The employees here really care and the low carb tortilla is tasty. The music is not too loud, which is a plus. Staff at this location are super friendly and provide great customer service. They even honor Tattoo Tuesday, which is pretty cool. The Free Bird size burritos are huge, delicious, and a great value for the price. The staff is efficient and keeps the ingredients fresh. There's some kind of magic happening here with how they wrap so much food in a burrito. The restaurant is conveniently located near other stores. The GM, Mike, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The employees were welcoming both times I visited. The level of service and kindness was exceptional. The food was fresh and tasty, and the pickup process was smooth. The steak bowl was satisfying and had good value. Freebirds offers better options compared to Chipotle. The brisket and emphasis on queso make it stand out. The burritos allow for hilarious over-stuffing. The staff keeps the busy line moving efficiently. The cashier was polite and accommodating when I had a question about an extra charge. Great customer service and a clean environment overall.
