I have been going to this Zoe's since they opened. Today I had the worse experience ever. I am very disappointed on how the manager handled a situation. I found a hair in my Greek salad. When I told one of the employees and showed her the hair she was very rude and asked what I wanted her to do about it. I told her I wanted nothing from her but for her to let her manger know there was a hair in my food. She just walked away then came back with a slice of cake and said "maybe this will make you smile." That is not how anyone should treat that kind of situation. I then asked her to speak to a manger. The manger came over and make a joke about the situation which I did not appreciate. I told him again I did not want anything in return but for him to know there was a hair in my salad since it is against health code violations. He didn't think it was a big deal and told me he would show the hair to his employees in the back. I will never return to this location. I advise anyone who goes here to beware of the horrible management.
