The customer service was great and I liked the accent wall with neon lights, but they do not accept cards as payment which was inconvenient for me. Despite not usually spending much on drinks, my friends pushed for it and I found the overall experience satisfactory, though the lack of a card reader was a downside for me. Overall, the drinks were decent, priced at $5 each with no extra charge for tapioca, and the selection of fresh fruit for smoothies and juices was a highlight.
