The service throughout the stay was exceptional, with attentive staff like Grace and Sam making every moment comfortable and memorable. The bungalows offered spacious, quiet accommodations with a charming courtyard that provided a peaceful retreat from the city, complemented by beautiful artwork and modern amenities in the historic setting. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities including a rooftop pool, fitness center, and a cozy restaurant and bar with excellent food and drinks, all situated in the vibrant Montrose neighborhood.

The hotel exudes absolute fabulousness, with spectacular service that left me thoroughly pleased with my Christmas Dinner experience. Stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in one of the charming bungalows, tucked away behind a gate in a serene courtyard just a short walk from the main mansion and tower. The historic mansion is filled with beautiful artwork, offering a peaceful retreat in the bustling city of Houston. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the amenities on the 10th floor were impressive, and the overall experience was nothing short of amazing - a perfect choice for a staycation in the vibrant Montrose neighborhood.
