I enjoyed the pastor hot mess fries and bulgogi quesadilla, and while the quesadilla was good, the fries stole the show for me. The unique sauces and flavors, especially the creamy cilantro sauce, truly elevate the dishes, making each visit to this food truck an exciting experience.
