The clean restaurant offered freshly-prepared, hot food and catered to those looking for healthier breakfast options, making it my preferred choice during my stay. Just be prepared for some dust and sand due to its location in a truck stop in a bustling oilfield town, and adjust your expectations accordingly to fully enjoy your visit.
