To Whom it may concern,
Since Johnny Tamale first open we have doing business with you people. Always great place to meet family and friends. Great food and festive atmosphere along with low prices. My Husband and I have introduce a lot of friends and family members to this restaurant. We have not been to Johnny Tamale's in a while. Wanted to top off our great family day with some great Mexican food. Mind you we had many restaurants to choose from. But we headed straight for Johnny Tamale's.The best quality and prices for Mexican food and convenient to our homes.
First thing we noticed when we sat down was the new menus ( which always means
prices have gone up,and they were cheap looking) We ordered your family platter for 5 people and a small side of guacamole. We all dug in with great expectation. Good grief what happen to the food? It was pretty bad
food . Gone was that flavor and spices we loved. Down right bland! Stop before you lose any more customers. If you have tried cutting corners to get your cost down you've gone to far! We spoke to the manager and then packed up our food, after trying to eat some of it and headed home very unsatisfied. I feel if you don't improve the seasoning, and overcooked food, for the price we had to pay for your food we would do better going to a taco truck for dinner.
